Message area on the back of each card
- All prices are in pounds sterling and are quoted inclusive of VAT.
- All cards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new cards and remove sold cards. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you and offer another similar card as an alternative.
- Postage is charged at a fixed rate. All items are sent standard first class via Royal Mail to the UK mainland only.
Prices are as follows:
- one card £2.00
- two cards £3.50
- three cards £5.00.
- For larger orders, and for orders to Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us and we will quote separately.We reserve the right to change delivery costs and method of postage at any time.
- Deliveries will normally be made to UK addresses within 7 days once despatched. Delivery times are only estimated and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances.
- A confirmation email is sent to you after placing an order and again after your item is despatched.
- Payment will be requested by bank transfer before the despatch of your purchase. Payment by cheque will also be accepted.
- In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email. We will do our best to rectify any complaints as soon as possible.
Customer satisfaction
- Each card is a hand painted original on quality canvas.
- We do our best to give a true likeness of each canvas on the website but the photos may not give 100% reproduction.
- Each canvas is hand finished with a message section on the back. It comes wrapped and with an envelope.
- In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase unmarked cards may be returned within 7 days from receipt and you will receive a full refund providing the cards are carefully repackaged and returned to us in a re-saleable condition. You must notify us by email to obtain an authorisation code and the address for your return.

In the event that the goods are not in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of the cards being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We request your name, address and email address to provide you with an efficient after sales service but we will not pass your name, address or email address onto any third parties.
